I get it. I’ve been there. Once I figured out how to call BS On Burnout®, I haven’t looked back. I’ve helped hundreds across the globe do the same through one-on-one coaching and organizational program design, implementation, and management. I had brain surgery in December 2021. I didn't have burnout in the traditional sense, but had all the characteristics of it. And I needed ways to do things differently to get my productivity and focus back to the level it was before surgery.
